Q: What Porsche models can be delivered?
A: Basically we can deliver gauge faces for all Porsche models. However, it can happen that specific models can’t be delivered yet. In that case we will ask you to deliver us the original gauge faces in order to be able to make new replacement gauge faces.
Q: My gauge faces start to flake. Do you deliver gauge faces that replace the original gauge faces and look the same?
A: Yes, we deliver both complete gauge face sets and single gauge faces. Our gauge faces have the same OEM design like the original gauge faces. The printed colors are very close to the originals.
Q: What are the prices?
A: In our online shop, the prices are clearly stated on the products. These are products that have limited customization based on specific set of options and can be configured in different, but limited ways. For all products and customizations that are not possible to order in our online shop, send us an e-mail message. We will discuss your wishes and calculate a price.
Q: How can I order?
A: There are two ways to order: through our webshop and via e-mail. In our webshop you can order standard products with limited customization options. If you can not find the product that you want in our online shop, you can send us an e-mail message, if necessary including attachments.
Q: How do I know if my ordered custom gauge faces will look like expected?
A: After ordering and payment, you will receive a mock-up for confirmation and approval. After your approval, we will process the order..
Q: I am not sure what I want, can you make a custom design for me in advance?
A: Unfortunately we don’t do that. Custom designs are only made once an actual order has been placed and paid for.
Q: How long before my order is ready?
A: Fabrication of your order may take 2 up to 4 weeks after payment. All orders are made from scratch and not delivered from stock.
Q: What payment methods do you offer?
A: We offer the following payment methods: bank transfer, iDeal, Bancontact/Mister Cash, SOFORT Banking and payment with credit card.
Q: Can i only pay in advance?
A: Yes, we accept and process only orders that have been paid in advance.
Q: What shipping methods do you offer?
A: All orders are shipped as registered mail with PostNL. A tracking number is provided. However, shipping through DHL, UPS or Fedex can be discussed.
Q: How long will the transition of the order take?
A: Each country has different delivery times. But roughly considered, all shippings in the EU will take less than 1 week, all other countries of destination outside the EU will have a delivery time somewhere between 1 and 2 weeks. An extended delivery time is possible due to issues with Customs in the country of destination..
RETURNS / REFUNDS:
Q: Do you use a cooling-off period and can I have a refund?
A: Basically there is no cooling-off period, because all our orders are made from scratch specifically for each customer. However, if there are complaints and complications with an order, we will always discuss this with our customers to try to find a solution. In some cases this might result in full refunds if another solution can’t be found.
Q: Do you have a telephone number?
A: Only Dutch customers can call us, however we prefer e-mail contact: email@example.com.
Q: Can I personally visit D-Werx?
A: Unfortunately no, we only work through the internet and we do not have a physical company address.
